Tips for Installing Concealed Handles in Your Kitchen: A Comprehensive Guide
Concealed handles, also known as pocket handles, are an elegant and modern design choice that offers a seamless and streamlined look to your kitchen cabinets. By hiding the handles within the cabinet frame, you create a more minimalist aesthetic and maximize storage space. Installing concealed handles can be a rewarding DIY project, and this comprehensive guide will provide you with all the necessary tips and instructions to ensure a successful installation.
Preparing Your Cabinets
Check for Compatibility
Before you begin, ensure that your kitchen cabinets are compatible with concealed handles. Some cabinet designs may require modifications to accommodate the pocket pulls.
Measure and Mark
Precise measurements are crucial. Determine the desired handle placement and mark the location on the cabinet door or drawer front using a ruler and pencil.
Create the Pockets

Installing the Handles
